You’d have thought the Chelsea boardroom had had enough of racism battles, having hit the front pages fairly consistently over the last few months and weeks, but it seems they want to continue to be in the very middle of the current confusion.

It seems a bit rich that a club who continue to endorse and play (as captain) a player who called a fellow footballer a ‘f****** black c***, can suddenly turn around and complain about racism, but I guess that’s the modern world?

The United fans who heard about the racism accusations of Mark Clattenburg were keen to point out the hypocrisy.
